About the Role

Join our dynamic team at a leading specialised insurance provider in Roodepoort! We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Claims Consultant. This role is ideal for graduates who are keen to kickstart their careers in insurance, with no prior experience required. Your main focus will be on handling claims efficiently and providing outstanding service to our policyholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise policyholders on claims processes and requirements
  • Collect and verify accurate information and necessary documents
  • Manage claims from submission through to completion
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely resolution of claims
  • Collaborate with different departments and external service providers
  • Deliver exceptional client service throughout the claims process
