Job Description

The Purpose of the Role

As a Secretarial Administrator, your role is pivotal in offering expert counsel within your area of specialization. Your primary responsibility involves evaluating situations and delivering insightful viewpoints related to CIPC services. With your profound proficiency in this domain, your objective is to guide businesses towards enhanced functionality and success by leveraging your in-depth expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Communication

  • Provide assistance to clients by addressing their queries.
  • Engage in client follow-ups to maintain communication and address any outstanding matters.
  • Processing of client documentation

2. Internal Process Quality

  • Execute the necessary procedures to handle and manage documents efficiently
  • Initiate follow-up procedures with the relevant department to address and resolve any outstanding issues or tasks.
  • Timeous submission to CIPC
  • Follow up on government delays

Achieve the predetermined targets in a timely manner by implementing the agreed-upon strategies and actions

Qualifications
  • A minimum of Grade 12, a tertiary qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven experience as business consultant or equivalent
  • Knowledge of diverse business matters relating to the ‘Compliance’ needs of businesses in South Africa
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software and databases.
  • Strong time management capabilities
Additional Information

In-house Trainingwill be provided, but we need you to be hands‑on from the get‑go.

Remuneration: The compensation package for this role will be discussed during the interview process. It will be experience dependent and will be a combination of basic salary and incentives.
