Operations Director

The Operations Director will oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring optimal deployment of personnel, equipment and resources.

This role involves overseeing all estate maintenance and construction projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Operational Oversight : Lead and coordinate all estate maintenance and construction projects, overseeing project management from initiation to completion.

Team Leadership & HR Management : Manage and mentor a large, multi-disciplinary team including supervisors, workshop staff and administrative personnel, providing guidance and support for career development.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary liaison with clients, contractors and estate stakeholders, fostering effective communication and building strong relationships.

Budgeting & Reporting : Prepare and submit regular operational and overtime budget forecasts to ensure informed decision-making and resource allocation.
