• 10+ years of executive experience in a high growth business (B2B2C, Fintech or Telecommunications)
• Strong commercial background
• Experience working with Exco, Founders & Investors (Private Equity or Venture Capital)
• Experience managing cashflow and cost disciplines in resource-constrained businesses
• Experience with field or distributed sales teams
• Background in scaling digital platforms
• Entrepreneurial

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to set and communicate a clear 3-5 year vision to transition the company into a digital, scalable fintech platform
• Oversee all core operations including sales, payroll integration, customer experience, field force, partnerships and support services
• Operational execution & cost discipline
• Build a result oriented, high performance culture across all teams
• Expand product suite to include opt-in digital services
