As a Chartered Accountant you'll be entrusted with managing and overseeing all finance operations, ensuring fiscal accuracy and compliance within a high-performing FMCG / Manufacturing environment.

Your role will be crucial in driving financial efficiency and strategic decision-making across the business.

What you’ll do
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in line with IFRS
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Monitor financial performance and report to management
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with auditors
  • Assist with cost accounting and inventory valuation
  • Oversee treasury functions and manage business risks
  • Authorize expenditures and manage departmental budgets
  • Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
  • Lead internal and external audits and implement recommendations
What you’ll need
  • 5-8 years post-qualification experience, preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, and compliance
  • ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
