Job summary

A leading service provider in South Africa is seeking a Unit Manager to take full responsibility for the operations. The successful candidate will manage a team, ensure high standards in food preparation and service, and maintain financial controls. Culinary tertiary qualifications and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role are essential. Experience in healthcare is an advantage. Flexible working hours may be required.

Qualifications

  • Take full responsibility and management of the unit.
