Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all casino staff, including dealers, cashiers, and attendants
- Train and develop new and existing casino staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of their role
- Monitor the casino floor to ensure that all gaming activities are conducted in compliance with onboard the cruise ship policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of casino revenue and expenses, and prepare reports for management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase casino revenue and profitability
- Ensure that all casino equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the bar and entertainment teams, to create a seamless guest experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure the casino is in compliance with all laws and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of tables supervising experience
- Previous shipboard experience
- Extensive dealing experience with Blackjack, American Roulette, UItimate Texas Hold'em or Three Card Poker, and Dice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and casino management software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the cruise schedule
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
