The ideal candidate will handle full creditors processing for multiple companies and manage cashbooks with excellent accuracy. Proficiency in MRI Property Central (MDA) and a strong background in retail property management are essential. You will work independently while collaborating with the finance team to meet deadlines and maintain financial records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cashbook / Creditors Clerk.
• Very thorough understanding of cashbooks and creditor processing.
• Experience working with multiple entities / companies.
• Previous property management experience preferred.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Full creditors processing and payments across ±12 companies.
• Cashbook management and reconciliations.
• Process high-volume creditor payments via internet banking.
• Maintain and reconcile petty cash and promotional accounts.
• Work independently while collaborating within the finance team.

Skills

Proven experience as a Cashbook / Creditors Clerk

Strong working knowledge of MRI Property Central (MDA)

Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency

Ability to work accurately under pressure

Strong communication skills
