Guardian Hospice Care a leading home care services provider in Gauteng is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing grooming and dressing
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
• Monitor and record clients health and well-being
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with laundry
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Communicate effectively with clients their families and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred Will be an added advantage

Contract Details
