A care service provider is seeking an experienced and motivated Care Home Administrator to join their team in Vanderbijlpark. In this full-time role, you will manage reception services, coordinate admissions, and maintain administrative systems vital for the operation of the care home. Responsibilities

  • Manage the provision of effective and efficient reception services.
  • Respond positively to all enquiries from prospective residents.
  • Coordinate admissions with the Home Manager or Deputy Home Manager.
  • Ensure Resident contracts are completed on admission day.
  • Collect initial payments and arrange Direct Debits.
  • Maintain administration systems relating to residents.
  • Keep petty cash accounts and present reconciliations weekly.
  • Liaise with departments regarding payroll and HR.
  • Manage day-to-day payroll and queries.
  • Complete payroll returns correctly and timely.
  • Produce contract amendments and HR letters.
  • Cover reception duties in the absence of the receptionist.
