Job summary

A leading beverage company in Cape Town is seeking an experienced On-Trade Sales Manager to drive regional sales performance and lead a team focused on brand growth. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, managing trade relationships, and achieving market targets. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or Sales and at least 5 years of experience in sales management. Must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a robust understanding of channel dynamics. This position may require overtime during events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree qualification in Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position, demonstrating effective team leadership and performance management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the On-Premise environment.
