Position: Campus Manager

Company Overview
Job Responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Implementing policy and processes developed by operations
  • Effective manage management of the campus
  • Handling client recruitment requirements
  • Contracting and managing all facilitators on a project
  • Finding suitable work sites for specialized qualifications (QCTO)
  • Managing the assessment and moderation processes
  • Responsible for the overall facility IE maintenance IT etc
  • Ensuring the necessary equipment and stationery is available for training to take place effectively
  • Timeously providing client reports
  • Providing management reports
  • Quality assurance and approval of the project coordinator invoice
  • Manage the examination process (EISA)
  • Overall learner management (attendance, behaviors, motivation)
  • Learner consultation around issues such as attendance, learnership and workplace
  • Keep accurate records
  • Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Adhere to the approved budgets
  • Maintaining security pertaining to data / privacy and information
