The Campaign Manager plays a central role in coordinating, executing, and overseeing multi-platform media campaigns from inception to completion. This position requires a highly organised and solutions-driven professional who can manage complex workflows, ensure seamless implementation, and uphold strong communication across clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The role demands strong leadership, analytical capability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The Campaign Manager also provides guidance and oversight to the Implementation Co-ordinator, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality campaign execution.

Purpose
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management across static and digital media platforms.
  • Ensure all campaigns are implemented successfully, on time, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate approvals, production, and implementation.
  • Manage proposals, contracts, and post-campaign reporting to deliver maximum ROI.
  • Lead and support the Implementation Co-ordinator.

Detailed Job Description and KPIs
  1. Generic Proposals
  • Create and maintain generic proposals for static and digital media
  • Update imagery, media, production rates, and site descriptions annually
  • Ensure updates are approved and aligned with standards
  • Manage the full proposal process and update internal stakeholders
  • Client Brief / Proposal
    • Interpret client briefs aligned to requirements, budgets, and inventory
    • Prepare proposals and overview sheets using PowerPoint and Excel
    • Manage internal and client approval processes
    • Deliver proposals timeously
  • Contracts Management
    • Oversee the full contract lifecycle from confirmation to billing
    • Generate agreements and production quotesEnsure supporting documentation is received and correctly stored
    • Coordinate billing and approvals
  • Design Elements Specs (DES) Requests
    • Submit DES requests for all booked sites
    • Provide clients with DES documentation for artwork creation
    • Ensure production deadlines are met
  • Implementation Management
    • Create job tickets and campaign line items
    • Submit documentation for approvals and liaise with relevant stakeholders
    • Ensure all materials and approvals are ready before installation
    • Manage campaigns on schedule with strong communication
  • Post Campaign Management
    • Compile proof-of-flighting reports and campaign imagery
    • Submit invoices and maintain campaign records
    • Prepare and distribute post-campaign reports promptly
  • Finance
    • Support finance through accurate and timely submission of required documents
    • Assist with monthly reporting
    • Maintain effective communication with finance teams
  • Housekeeping
    • Keep proposals, rates, and terms & conditions up to date
    • Review and update production and media rates annually

    • Analyse campaign performance by site, brand, and client

    • Provide proactive data-driven insights to the sales team

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the Implementation Co-ordinator
