Qualifications

• Grade 12 Matriculation is required.
• 3-5 years' experience in business process modeling/workflows is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes, workflows, and procedures using BusinessOptix.
• Support the collection and analysis of data related to business processes.
• Assist in analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of process maps.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the team.
