The Role
This is a full-time role focused on driving new business development and account growth across the EMEA region, specifically within the exploration and mining sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new sales, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships to support the company's growth strategy.
The position is remote-friendly, with flexibility for hybrid working and a focus on collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
The Responsibilities
- Drive new client sales across the EMEA region
- Grow and manage a portfolio of existing accounts
- Promote the company’s data management and analytics solutions for exploration and production
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline
- Build influential client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with the global sales team to support strategic initiatives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to sales reporting
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and online collaboration activities
- Actively contribute to product feedback, team development, and solution evolution
The Requirements
- Relevant qualification, ideally in Geology
- Demonstrated success in sales or business development, particularly in the mining, exploration, or mining software sector
- Strong understanding of the exploration and/or mining lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), reporting tools, and document platforms (e.g., PandaDoc)
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Previous experience in SaaS, cloud-based, or data-focused solutions (advantageous)
