Responsibilities:

  • Target driven sales: Lead generation and cold calling
  • Customer advice and support, including estimates and proposals
  • Control over all aspects of liaison and interface with customers
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending new business development solutions
  • Handle customer queries
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
