Business Development Manager – Cape Town (Helderberg Area)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join a high-performing team in the Cape Town Helderberg Area. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving revenue growth through successful sales strategies, particularly within the software services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposals and solutions align with client requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including contract and pricing negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create effective sales collateral, case studies, and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in selling software development and related services to enterprise clients (beneficial but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of software services, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
