  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to closing deals and overseeing successful client onboarding.

  • Prepare tailored proposals, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate competitive pricing and service agreements.

  • Maintain accurate pipelines and timely reporting through our CRM and business development platforms.

Essential Skills & Experience – Business Development Executive (Language Services)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Languages, International Relations, or related field.

  • Proven track record (2+ years) in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the translation, localisation, or broader language service industries.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; confidence in presenting and networking with a diverse, global client base.
