Purpose of the Role

To aggressively drive revenue growth by hunting new business, expanding the client base, and ensuring long-term client relationships that secure the company remains sustainable and market-leading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation – Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and outreach to potential clients
  • Client Relationship Management – Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction
  • Sales Strategy Development – Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding market presence
  • Market research – Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Proposal and Contract Negotiation – Prepare business proposals and negotiate contracts with clients to secure favourable terms and conditions
  • Collaboration – Work closely with internal sales teams, including marketing and product development teams, to align strategies and enhance service offerings
