Overview

This is not a standard maintenance role. You will step in as the "Second in Command" to the Head of IT, moving away from being a pure specialist to becoming a true Senior IT Generalist. You will bridge the gap between core IT infrastructure, ERP roadmap execution, and Business Intelligence. Your impact will be felt immediately as you stabilize operations across cross-border depots and unlock data insights that drive commercial decisions.

Profile for Success

• Track Record: 7+ years in IT roles with increasing responsibility, demonstrating a blend of Infrastructure management and Business Systems/ERP ownership.
• Tech Stack: Strong background in the Microsoft Ecosystem (M365, Azure AD, Windows Server) and demonstrable experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV, SAP, or Syspro).
• Data Fluency: Proven ability to build reports and data models (ideally in Power BI) that solve specific business problems.
• Operational Mindset: Experience working in multi-site, heavy-industry environments (Logistics, Transport, FMCG, or Manufacturing) is highly preferred.
• Adaptability: You are an IT Generalist who enjoys "rolling up your sleeves" to fix a network issue in the morning and strategizing on ERP workflows in the afternoon.
