What you will be doing:

  • Analyse business processes, engage stakeholders to define and document system requirements, conduct design sessions, and ensure alignment with business impact and goals.
  • Act as a bridge between business and R&D teams, managing the product backlog, prioritising features, and coordinating delivery while representing user needs throughout development cycles.
  • Assist R&D teams with documentation, deliverables, and sprint participation; ensure system design aligns with performance, security, scalability, and usability requirements.
  • Support system testing and quality control, help ensure solution reliability, and participate in post-implementation tasks including user training and rollout support.
  • Deliver first-line support for system and training-related issues, and provide continued assistance to business and development teams post-deployment.
  • Leverage software development principles (Agile, SDLC) and SQL, produce and maintain accurate, user-friendly documentation; communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.


What our client is looking for:

  • A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial
  • A qualification in Business Analysis would be advantageous.
  • 3 years' plus experience as a Business Analyst in a financial services environment would be great.
