A global supply chain firm is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to support ERP reporting and ensure excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Industrial Engineering, 5-8 years of experience, and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include translating business requirements, managing system implementations, and training users. This position requires adaptability, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Occasional travel to different sites is expected.

Job Description The position requires a dynamic individual to become part of Omnia Supply Chain. The Business Solutions Analyst will be responsible for support, testing, business process improvement, and projects related to system enablement and ERP reporting, ensuring excellent customer service as per timelines.

Responsibilities

• Analytics to identify and understand problems
• Translate business requirements into system specifications
• Project Management: implementation and setup of systems, quality assurance and testing
• Train users
• Business process improvement Implementation and setup of systems
• Provide input into related ERP modules
• Assistance with development of BI models
• Assistance with reporting requirements

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Excellent ERP experience
• 5-8 years' experience

Job Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail while maintaining a view of the overall solution
• Knowledge of AX D, Power BI, Excel, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) is an advantage but not required
