About the role
As a Building Manager, you will oversee theservice and maintenance contractors and staff, execution of building related activities as predetermined by Operations and Centre Managers. Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with tenants and service contractors; assist Operations Manager to co-ordinate repairs, revamps and tenant installations; carry out inspections and general building maintenance.
