Overview

Job title: Brand Manager – iGaming & Sports Betting. Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. Deadline: December 01, 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative yet commercially savvy Brand Manager to own a fast-growing iGaming and Sports Betting brand, shaping how it’s positioned, experienced, and recognised across Africa and beyond. You’ll define brand identity, drive integrated campaigns, and ensure the brand stands out in a highly competitive and fast-moving industry.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing and evolving brand identity, tone, and guidelines across all channels.
  • Planning and delivering integrated campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
  • Conducting competitor and market analysis to spot opportunities and anticipate trends.
  • Collaborating with Product, CRM, Digital, Design, and Sponsorship teams to align messaging.
  • Defining KPIs, analysing performance, and optimising campaigns for both creativity and ROI.
  • Leading brand executives or agency partners, building a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Building strong partnerships with agencies, media, and suppliers to maximise reach.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role within iGaming, sports, entertainment, or consumer-facing tech / FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, identity building, and campaign delivery.
  • Track record of balancing creativity with commercial outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and performance measurement.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of brand / marketing experience, with at least 2 in management.
  • Familiarity with sponsorships, activations, and iGaming environments will be advantageous.
