What You’ll Do
- Analyse data, segment databases, and identify trends and opportunities.
- Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Support digital and direct marketing teams with insights and testing.
- Track and measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Build clear data visualisations (graphs, charts, dashboards).
- Create and test customer journeys and targeted communications.
- Maintain and enrich databases to ensure accuracy and hygiene.
- Manage lifecycle campaigns for the loyalty programme.
What You Bring
- Strong skills in Excel and Power BI (SQL an advantage).
- Knowledge of Analysis Services and project management.
- Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in campaign analysis, segmentation, and testing.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
