We are seeking a Qualified or Semi-Skilled Auto Electrician with experience working on heavy equipment, plant machinery, and trucks. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex auto electrical systems in a variety of industrial and commercial vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults on heavy‑duty equipment, trucks, and plant machinery.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wiring, lighting, ignition, and control systems.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Work with both 12V and 24V systems, including alternators, starter motors, and electronic control modules.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and diagnostic reports.
- Conduct fault finding using appropriate diagnostic tools and software.
- Ensure all work is performed in line with safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Auto Electrician or proven experience as a Semi‑Skilled Auto Electrician.
