The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in both ATM operations and investigations, and must possess strong communication and time management skills. Key responsibilities include auditing operations, compiling detailed reports, and ensuring adherence to security regulations while supporting client needs. This position requires extensive local traveling and a customer-centric approach.
G4S Cash Solutions (SA) is a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions with operations in Richardsbay. We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient ATM Investigator to join our team.
The effective investigation of ATM incidents and compiling intelligence to mitigate risk to the organization, accurate reporting on individual cases to build a solid database and identify trends.
Operational Adherence: Review audits, remediate findings, manage branch assets (registers, stock control, audits), request footage/info (Body Cam, Cubicle, NCC) for investigations (Devices, Drop safe, Deposita shortages), request ATM client info (Escrow, job cards, CCTV), download/review CCTV (CPC, Body cam, Capitec Cubicle), download/review paperwork, write investigation reports, monitor CAR, Variance Tracker, and War Room for claims, submit/track IAR and FAR reports (G4S Code of Conduct), update drive sheets (Master Investigation, Capitec Device/Drop safe, War room, Polygraphs, etc.), interview involved staff, update reports, upload dockets.
Shared Best Practice: Investigate, share, and implement best practices from other branches.
Client Retention & Customer Service: Maintain SLAs, address deficiencies, monitor service levels, and use products/services aligned with customer needs/risks.
Risk Control (ATM Environment): Ensure adherence to all legislation, Company procedures/standards (H&S, security, personnel, finance, Transport), and Group ROCC compliance. Perform regular self‑assessment audits against Group standards.
Company Image & Brand: Ensure correct branding and maintenance of vehicles, manage employee discipline, and adhere to all company brand guidelines.
Health & Safety: Participate in designing/reviewing/implementing/monitoring annual safety plans (branch/region/national), attend safety forums (meetings, talks), report/discuss incidents at all levels, follow‑up on assigned safety activities, attend training, comply with policies, distribute information, and wear protective clothing.
