We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Associate Client Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for long-tail accounts, ensuring consistent and professional service delivery
  • Manage contract renewals, extensions, and basic upsell/cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Escalate larger opportunities or risks to senior Client Managers.
  • Maintain accurate client records and pipeline data within the CRM.
Sales Administration
  • Prepare contracts, quotes, purchase orders, and invoices with high accuracy.
  • Support the Commercial Sales team in compiling proposals, pricing, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and operational processes.
  • Track and report on renewals, pipeline progress, and sales metrics.
Commercial & Strategic Support
  • Qualify and respond to inbound sales enquiries from long-tail clients.
  • Provide insights into customer satisfaction, retention risks, and service opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales administration, reporting, and processes.
  • Support account planning and commercial governance activities where relevant.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Knowledge
  • Understanding of B2B commercial sales processes and client lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with order-to-cash workflows, including contracts, invoicing, and renewals.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial compliance and risk considerations.
Skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in sales administration.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Expertise
  • Proven experience in client coordination, account support, or sales administration in a commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing small accounts and identifying opportunities.
Technologies
  • CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Contract management or document automation tools.
  • Basic familiarity with financial/order processing systems (e.g., ERP).
Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
Certifications
  • Salesforce CRM certification
  • Project management or sales administration certifications (e.g., Prince2 Foundation, Sales Operations credentials)
