Assist the Bar Manager in managing the service and overseeing the bar teams.
Supervise a team of 10 to 20 staff members, ensuring their motivation and efficiency.
Organize bar events, managing guest flow for to 1,000 customers.
Contribute to managing the economic and qualitative performance of the bar.
Drive additional sales and optimize the financial results of your department.
Manage bar stock and place orders for products, consumables, and small hotel equipment.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, hygiene, safety, and legal regulations.
