A leading financial institution is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Electrical based in Gauteng, South Africa. This role involves assisting technicians in maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment availability. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, a Grade 12 education, and an Electrical Trade Test Certificate. Strong basic electrical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with workshop tools are essential. The company values diversity and encourages applications from under-represented groups.
Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to assist artisans and technicians to ensure optimal availability of plant and equipment by minimizing downtime through the effective execution of preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance.
