Key Responsibilities

- Loss prevention.
- Compliance with security protocols.
Financial Performance and Budget Management
- Monitor and manage store budgets.
- Analyze financial reports.

Customer Experience and Service Standards
- Champion exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

Inventory and Asset Optimization

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an Area Manager role.
- Must have own reliable car with valid licence disc.
- Essential experience within the clothing retail sector.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance targets.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
- Valid driver's license “in hand” and “not expired” and willingness to travel extensively within the Kzn region.
- Matric certification required, a retail operations qualification is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
