We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join our team within the central supply chain function at Capitec. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supply chain management and will be eager to contribute to the effective functioning of our department. This role involves applying analytical skills and various process management techniques to identify areas of improvement and enhance efficiency within the supply chain. Additionally, the candidate will provide invaluable support to the greater Cash, Supply Chain, and Properties division. We are particularly keen on someone who can identify cost-saving methods to help develop a more sustainable central supply chain. The successful candidate will also be responsible for effective operational planning and execution of the end-to-end supply chain, managing various products.

Experience

Minimum:

2 Years of experience in a Supply Chain and Logistics related Environment (Logistics, FMCG, Manufacturing)

• Proven data, systems and process analysis experience.
• Proven experience in delivering results and enhancing processes through process analysis and problem solving
• Experience of the last mile courier industry

Ideal:

• Previous experience in resource planning and scheduling
• Data visualisation tools and technologies
• Advanced Office

Qualifications (Minimum)
