Job Summary

To support the credit risk process by carrying out comprehensive and quality credit risk functions within the credit lifecycle, creating shared growth within the boundaries of internal policies and external regulations for Growth Business clients.

Job Description

  • Risk Management: Conduct quality credit risk assessments and reviews. Proactively manage credit risks associated with clients. Develop data-driven strategies. Facilitate the credit sanctioning process to ensure responsible risk decisions.
  • Data and Systems Management: Produce and analyze relevant management information and insights.
  • Governance: Ensure adherence to the bank's credit policies, philosophy, and all relevant legislation.
  • Customer Management: Investigate and resolve all escalated customer complaints.

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies are required.
