VACANCY : AIR BRAKE TECHNICIAN

This is an excellent growth opportunity for a Junior Mechanic to learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain air brake systems on large and heavy vehicles.

SALARY :

From R8 000 for junior mechanics, depending on experience

Up to R18 000 for senior air brake techs depending on skill level

LOCATION :

Jacobs, Durban South, KZN

CRITERIA :

• Possess some mechanical skills to work with various brake system components
• Have some understanding of how the service brake, parking brake, and emergency brake systems work together using compressed air.
• Have some understanding of the importance of air pressure and the correct pressure levels
• Able to identify and solve problems that can cause brake failure or poor performance.
• Is willing to learn and grow within the company.
• Valid Drivers License and experienced driver
• Willing and able to work overtime
