AI QA & Automation Engineer (Intermediary) Join to apply for the AI QA & Automation Engineer (Intermediary) role at DASH BPO We're looking for a driven and curious AI QA & Automation Engineer (Intermediary) to join our growing AI innovation team.

This role bridges quality assurance, automation, and AI prototyping, providing an opportunity to work hands-on with LLMs, APIs, and conversational AI tools.

You’ll be instrumental in testing, refining, and validating AI solutions that drive real business impact—from automation workflows to voice and chat‑based AI systems.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys experimentation, continuous learning, and collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build small‑scale AI prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), and automation workflows.
• Experiment with LLMs, APIs, and conversational AI platforms to validate new use cases.
• Support rapid iteration and testing of functional demos for internal and client-facing projects.
• Share responsibility across QA and engineering to ensure quality across AI features.
• Develop and execute both automated and manual test plans for bots, APIs, and integrations.
• Own bug tracking, defect prevention, and sign-off on AI feature releases.
• Analyze system outputs, conversational data, and user interactions to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model accuracy, automation performance, and user experience.
• Stay up to date on AI, automation, and testing best practices.
• Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Share insights and learnings across the organization to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to design or test AI prototypes using Python, LangChain, Hugging Face, or low‑code tools.
• Experience with QA methodologies, including both manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, HTTPie).
• Hands‑on experience with conversational AI platforms (Amazon Lex, Salesforce Einstein Bots, Voiceflow, etc.) and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced, experimental environment.
• Fluent in English (C1+ level).
