Full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and placing high‑quality candidates.
Develop and maintain client relationships — cold calling, lead generation, and account management.
Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
Negotiate terms of business and close deals confidently.
Build and manage a candidate pipeline through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
Maintain and update our ATS / CRM with accurate records.
Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements and billings.
Software or technology requirement; AI experience will be a plus but not a necessity.
5+ years of recruitment experience in an agency setting.
Proven success in B2B sales and business development.
Confident, persuasive communicator who thrives on building relationships.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Highly motivated, target‑driven, and resilient.
Tech‑savvy with experience using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM systems).
