Overlay leading economic indicators and build robust statistical models aimed at enhancing the forecast accuracy in short- and medium-term glass consumption forecasts.
Develop long-term demand forecasting to enrich the long-range capacity plan of float glass manufacturing.
Market Size Analysis : Support the planning and sales teams in determining and establishing the market size for building glass products, locally and in neighbouring countries. Import Tracking System : Compile data and build a dashboard to maintain a glass import tracking system for Sub-Saharan Africa, aiding the development and refinement of sales strategies for different regions. Market Share Strategies : Determine market shares in each region and advise on strategies to improve them. Predictive Indicators : Explore leading indicators to enhance predictions of future market changes, improving sales forecasts, budgets, and input into the IBP demand plan.
