Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Manage and monitor stock levels, ensuring accuracy through regular stock count processes.
  • Track and Record Stock Movements: Track and record stock movements, investigate discrepancies, and maintain clear audit trails.
  • Administrative Support: Office Administration: Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow across the department.
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars and schedules for managers and team members, including arranging appointments and travel.
  • HR and Finance Support: Recruitment Support: Collaborate with HR on recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and expense reimbursements.
Requirements
  • Sage X3 Experience: Must have experience using Sage X3 or similar ERP system for stock movements & stock count processes, purchase orders & receipts, product master data, debtors, creditors, and stock processing.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills: Intermediate level Excel skills, including working with reports and data analysis.
