Overview
Ad Sales As a Service is growing and looking for an Account Manager - Sales who is passionate about closing deals and understanding client needs. You will join a genuine, creative, results-driven team dedicated to simplifying the sales cycle for media companies, from lead generation to contract closing.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline & Outreach Management: Build and nurture sales pipelines through effective cold outreach, tailored pitch presentations, and consistent follow-ups. Execute multi-channel outreach sequences, including cold emails, testing and refining copy variations using advanced tools and workflows. Independently source and structure leads for targeted outreach.
- Client Relationship & Reporting: Negotiate and close deals, manage renewals, and maintain exceptional client communications. Provide detailed reporting and constructive internal feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Working hours
Full-time on UK time, with occasional meetings scheduled for US timezones.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful sales closing experience.
- Experience in media sales with a solid foundation in marketing and advertising principles.
- Proactive mindset with keen attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Ability to develop effective solutions and campaign plans with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data handling and analysis.
- Brownie points for familiarity with sales and data management platforms such as Hubspot, Clay, Apollo, and Smartlead.ai.
Benefits and role details
- Salary: $2k base with uncapped OTE (e.g., $4,400) in commission.
- Full-time & fully remote.
- 27 days PTO (inclusive of local public holidays).
- Role requires 100% commitment as a primary full-time position.
