We are seeking an Accountant for a permanent role (mornings only) based in East London, Eastern Cape.
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, with 5+ years related work experience
- Must be computer literate on Pastel Partner and Payroll 50 as well as MS Office (Excel)
- Strong communication skills and able to adhere to deadlines
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of tax planning (PAYE / Prov Tax)
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Valid drivers and own transport recommended
- Working hours: 8am – 2pm, Monday - Friday
- Experience in the engineering / building type industry would be ideal
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Transaction Processing for four branches and related entities
- Invoicing
- Reconcile & submit VAT from Pastel - All Entities
- Reconciliations
- Journal Processing
- Prepare financial reporting for Partners meetings
- Management Accounts
- Payroll Processing: Salaries, EMP 201, EMP501, HR reports for Partners Meetings
- Tax Planning advice (PAYE/Prov Tax)
- WSP Requirements & Payroll Processing
- Handle all accounting related queries
Salary: R25 000 per month gross

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape.

- Grade 12 and qualified Millwright / Mechatronics
- Experience as a qualified tradesman, preferably in automotive sector
