We are a fast-growing Cleaning company dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients. We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a B2C sales environment, enjoys engaging with warm leads, and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-organised, and resilient, with a knack for overcoming objections and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the sales cycle. Prior experience working remotely and within a cleaning agency is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert warm leads provided by the company into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base to understand their cleaning needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to maximise earnings.

  • On-target earnings of R25,000 / month (R8,000 base salary + uncapped commission).

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, with a customer‑first mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, and effectively manage rejection and stress.
  • Proven track record of telephone‑based sales success, including meeting quotas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and track performance.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
Must have own equipment
  • Laptop with at least 16GB RAM, 13th Gen i5 Processor, Windows 11, and 250GB SSD or higher.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection and reliable backup solutions for power outages.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, with a customer‑first mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, and effectively manage rejection and stress.
  • Proven track record of telephone‑based sales success, including meeting quotas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
