The Academic Manager of the online division is responsible for providing and driving innovative and transformative teaching and learning for an online mode of delivery, and academic operations that support an exceptional student learning experience and success.

The Academic Manager inspires and assures the academic development of online tutors and facilitators, the achievement of high levels of student engagement and support, and a culture and service devoted to student learning experience, success, and employability. The main purposes of the academic management of online course lecturers and online academic tutors, quality assurance, certification, and general academic functions.
