893 Senior Director: Estates and Infrastructure (P4) RESOURCES AND OPERATIONS Office of the Senior Director: Estates and Infrastructure Bloemfontein Campus
Main purpose of the job: To provide strategic leadership, governance oversight, and operational assurance for the planning, development, maintenance, and sustainability of the University’s estates, infrastructure, facilities, and built assets across all campuses, in support of CUT Vision 2030. The role ensures resilient, compliant, safe, and future-ready infrastructure that enables academic excellence, student success, institutional sustainability, and stakeholder confidence.
Five (5) year Fixed-term Support Services
(Total Cost to Company): R 1 801 169 per annum (2026 salary scales to be confirmed). Note: CUT applies an internal parity model to determine remuneration that complies with the principle of “equal pay for work of equal value”. Accordingly, the preferred candidate may expect an offer that is in line with their qualifications and years of similar experience.
