Job summary

A human capital consultancy is seeking an experienced Automotive Manufacturing Cost Accountant to manage financial records, compile financial reports, and present budgets to executives. Candidates should possess at least a Grade 12 education and a diploma or B. Com degree, with a minimum of five years in the manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive remanufacturing. The role requires strong financial and analytical skills, with a focus on maintaining financial integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage ±2-3 people.
• Compile and prepare financial reports and budgets for management.
• Reconcile cashbook and prepare monthly management reports.
• Maintain an asset register and prepare financial statements.
• Determine unit price of products using job costing or process costing.

Duties

• Manage ±2-3 people.
