The Mass Market Tied Agent will be responsible for funeral sales and servicing in the mass market client segment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a personal network within the sales territory and represent the organisation and Finbond at relevant industry events. Source referrals and recommendations from existing customers and contacts to identify sales opportunities, promote the organisation, and enhance its reputation.
Sell Customer Propositions
Identify products or services that best meet customer needs, propose quantities and configurations using personal expertise, explain options to customers, and invite purchases under standard terms and conditions.
Customer Prospecting
Guide customers through product features, linking them to customer pain points.
Customer Relationships Development
Implement a contact plan to communicate product launches and engage potential customers in sales campaigns, building relationships. Act as the first contact for queries and complaints, resolving issues or referring complex cases appropriately.
