Job summary

A leading semiconductor equipment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to develop automation systems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role involves working with hardware and electrical engineers, addressing troubleshooting, and integrating software with hardware. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, a solid knowledge of PLC, C/C++/C#, and SECS/GEM, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in motion controlling or automation applications.
  • Knowledge of SECS/GEM is required.
  • Experience in semiconductor industry, especially FEOL.

Responsibilities

  • Develop automation/machine controlling system for process equipment.
  • Troubleshoot system controlling or automation issues.
  • Cooperate with engineers to integrate hardware with software.
