  • Act as a subject‑matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
  • Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, developing innovative solutions that enhance user experience and system performance.
  • Lead cross‑functional team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in application development and support.
