Job Scope

• Execute Maintenance plans & programs, ensuring the integrity and reliability of all rotating equipment.

• Support the formulation of Maintenance strategies, plans and programs for all rotating equipment of an operating plant.

• Lead and supervise contractors on the work plans and execution.

• Ensure contractors abide by HSE Rules & Regulation and contribute to Company’s HSE programs.

• Manage spares, materials & tools, and the expense budget.

• Contribute to cost improvement programs and effective work methods.

• Perform first line trouble‐shooting, report on findings and propose countermeasures. Ensure countermeasure are carried out accordingly by the vendors/contractors.

• Upkeep the maintenance records and report writing for major rotating equipment overhaul.

Requirements

• A recognized Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or Higher Nitec / Nitec in related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in installing / commissioning / maintenance of rotating equipment in Oil / Petrochemical Industry or Marine Industry.

• Knowledge of lubrication, vibration, materials, NDT, failure mechanism, engineering flow diagram.

• Team player.

• Good written & verbal communication skills, and report writing.
