Our Client is from Luxury Fashion Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Store Team Leader to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Summary Benefits:
  • Upto $4,500 + Bonus + Meal Allowance + Commission
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and support the team to meet overall store objectives.
  • Train, coach, and guide store staff in line with company policies and business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to attract new clients.
  • Represent and promote the brand with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Ensure high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive results.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in retail sales
