Job summary

A technology service provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead team efforts in cold calling and sales management. You will assist in coaching, make outbound sales calls, manage customer relationships, and develop sales strategies. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin, holds a diploma, and has a proven track record in sales management. Competitive salary up to $6500 gross monthly.

  • Position: Sales Team Manager (COLD CALLING/Supervisor/Team Lead) Up to $6500
  • Location: Joo Chiat Road (Nearest MRT - Marine Parade MRT)
  • Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
  • Salary: Gross $6500 (Basic up to $5000 + Commission)
  • Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities
  • This is a sales and team manager role
  • Assist in team management and coaching duties assisting Sales Director
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospect new leads, and sales calls to assigned customers to reach sales goals.
  • Serve as primary contact between all sales channels, customers and internal department.
  • Creatively and independently solve problems to achieve sales and customers objectives.
  • Develop and report competitive information on market conditions, account potential, industry trends and sales strategies.
  • Proactiveness to develop and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
  • Travel local and abroad to meet key customers face to face as needed.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Perform other jobs duties as assigned, to drive sales and for effective team management
